Returns

 

  • Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receipt of item and must be accompanied with sales slip and original tags.
  • Credit will be given based on the original payment method.
  • Sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We will not accept returns on items that have been personalized or monogrammed.
  • Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply place an order for the new item and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Your account will be credited for the original item, when we receive your return of that item.

 

Shipping

 

  • We ship Priority Mail through the US Post Office thus please allow 3-10 days for delivery once your order has been shipped.
  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays.
  • Shipping rates are:   
  • $0-$20        5.50
  • $21-$49      6.95
  • $50-$74      7.95   
  • $75-$125    8.95

Payment

 

  • Merchandise will not be monogrammed or personalized until we receive your money order or your personal check has cleared.
  • You may pay by money order and personal checks. Money orders must be received within 10 days of placing your order. Merchandise will be added back into inventory after that time.
  • PAYPAL is also acceptable.
  • If ordering online, all payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and if you wish to send in your order we will allow two working days for the credit card information to be received.

Rush Orders

 

  • Rush orders are defined as any ordered needed on or before the 12th business day after purchase excluding Holidays.
  • You may pay an additional $30 for your first piece for your rush order to ensure delivery by your desired time and $10 per piece after that.
  • These rates are set considering expedited shipping costs and our monogrammer's rush charge.

Price Adjustments

 

  • We know how frustrating it can be to place your order and see it has gone on sale soon after.  In an order to offer great customer service, we will adjust your pricing for up to 7 days after your original order date to reflect the current price.
  • This adjustment is only done upon request and will not be an automatic price adjustment.
